Dye decoloration with crude soybean peroxidase (SPO) extracted from inedible soybean residue was examined. The effect of pH on the decoloration rate of Orange I, Orange II, and Orange G was investigated. The results revealed that the maximum decoloration rate constant of Orange I was pH7.0, whereas the decoloration reaction of Orange II and Orange G fell in the range of pH4.0–11.0.
The decoloration of Orange I with crude SPO in the presence of an activator was examined. p-Coumaric acid was most effective for enhancing the decoloration rate of Orange I, and the optimum p-coumaric acid concentration was 5.0×10-5 M.
Finally, the transfer of dissolved Orange I to nylon fabric was examined at pH7.0 and 20℃ with SPO and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of p-coumaric acid. The color difference of undyed nylon fabric treated with SPO was lower than that treated with sodium percarbonate (pH11.5, 20℃). Therefore, crude SPO was more effective than sodium percarbonate for inhibiting migration.
Hui Cym of Ewenki Banner, Hulunbuir City, is a region of grassland where herdsmen make a living by raising cows, sheep and horses. Over 80% of the families are Ewenki. They have two dwellings each in the city and a pastoral area with a baishing and grazing space for livestock.
According to the iconography analysis of baishing, the house is divided into a living room, a kitchen and a bedroom on the south side, and an entrance which opens to a kitchen for cooking and eating on the north side. The living room is also used as a bedroom for guests, a room for children to play in, or a dining room. Later, another house with a kitchen, bedroom and corridor is always added onto the north side of the bashing. People build one more room on the north side of the second house or on the east side of the original house for use as a storehouse or garage.
There are four kinds of heaters: hanji, hucyan, jyoha and nounchi. Almost all of the families use hucyan and half of the families also use hanji heaters. The newer the house is, the less common the hanji becomes. Jyoha is used for heating up the hanji and hucyan and for cooking. However, people are using nounchi as a heater recently.
As the population of Japan is decreasing rapidly because of the declining birthrate, the integration of schools, such as elementary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools, and nursery schools is urgently needed. As a result, “Certified Centers for Early Childhood Education and Care” were established in 2006. The purpose of childcare and early childhood education is to provide childcare support, and education. Now, the capacity of centers has increased to 601 people. This information was gathered from 71 day-care centers. We also asked 687 nursery teachers about their perspective. They felt that 150 people to be the appropriate scale.
This is an analysis of the contents of textbooks which students study in elementary, junior high, and senior high schools in connection with housing domain. In all, twenty five textbooks were used for this study. All were from the 2017-18 school year: two were used at elementary schools, three at junior high schools, and twenty at senior high schools (consisting of twelve focusing on “Home Basics,” seven on “Comprehensive Home Economics,” and one on “Life Design”).
I analyzed the percentage of housing domain in textbooks, the classification of the learning contents of housing domain in textbooks, keyword phrases in textbooks, and figures in textbooks. I discovered the differences between the priorities at each school level. Because Home Economics classes have a limited timeframe, it is important that teachers make their aims clear.
