It is a major challenge to manage and dispose of high-level radioactive waste (HLW) safely and reliably without imposing adverse effects on human health or the environment. Building societal consensus on HLW issues has been impeded to date by people’s antagonistic attitude to the issues, which is often referred to as the “NIMBY syndrome.” To address NIMBY-related issues around HLW, active citizen participation in a societal consensus-building process designed to ensure both procedural and distributive fairness is essential. In addition, cooperative behavior in social dilemmas is necessary to encourage citizens to engage in constructive discussion and elaboration about the issues. It is likely that citizens concerned in this way are not necessarily just opposing the plans, but that they are following their own particular agenda and consider it ethical to claim that “No burden should be left behind for future generations.” This paper addresses the major elements (i.e., importance of procedural and distributive fairness, necessity of citizen’s

cooperative behavior based on altruism) that need to be taken into account in carrying out the process

towards building societal consensus concerning the HLW issues. The paper focuses on the role of the citizen and highlights the importance of their active participation in this process.

In recent years, strategic alliances have been actively implemented among competitors in many industries. It has been pointed out that the alliance between competing companies has the function of forming a network organization and stabilizing the environment, but at the same time induces companies that cannot adapt to environmental changes, making it easier for companies to enter the industry. In this research, as a result of conducting a survey and analysis on the generic drug industry, the same result as the previous research was derived.

Critiques on leisure education and scholastic ability occur, and the PISA survey's reading ability ranks close to the OECD average, causing a PISA shock. Among them, "scholastic ability" is highlighted. What is the background behind leisure education and criticism of academic decline? I will examine how PISA-type academic ability was adopted when shifting from criticism to PISA-type academic ability. We will consider how PISA-style scholastic ability, especially PISA-type reading ability, is positioned in the Japanese language department of elementary school.

Good eating habits are an essential element for students to live a healthy school life and to receive rich learning. However, the current dietary habits of students are "absence of breakfast", "a low percentage of people worry about incorporating vegetables", and "uneven nutrition".

Therefore, if we can gain the right knowledge and experience about eating habits, we think that we can develop the ability to adjust the eating habits that are the basis of our lives, and we will use the "Survival Rice" experience as a method. I tried to support eating habits.

You can learn that you can make delicious food with a small amount of ingredients and cookware in a short time, and you can see comments such as “Let's make it at home” and “Let's do it because you will live alone”, which may lead to behavioral changes in daily life. It was suggested. It was also suggested that it would be an opportunity to think about meals in the event of a disaster, and that incorporating them into daily life could lead to a reduction in the physical and mental burden during a disaster.
