Abstract
General speaking, the angle of patient inclination and x-ray tube rotation in the radiography would be determined by mean of anatomic and statistic method, standard positioning angle would be found. In practice we used to add experimentally little correct to standard angle for each patient. However it is always necessary that radiographer endeavor to increase ability of reappearance of radiographic positioning, for this purpose we must find primary factor to position patient and center x-tube. For example, in Stenvers position (for partes petrosa) and Mayer position (for partes petrosa) the inclinationol angle of latitude direction of head depends on the angle between long axis of part petrosa and median plane, accordingly in this case necessary primary factor for us is this angle. We hare studied about method to know inclinational angle before Stenvers position, Mayer position and other radiography for ear which request the exact angle between part petrosa and median plane.
