The former paper (part1) presented the results of experiments made on the static friction between the ice block and staple roofing materials.
In this paper the experimental results of the sliding velocity and kinetic friction which were occurred in the friction angle are presented. Sliding expriments were carried out by the apparatus adapted the method of "slant table" which was used in the former study. The sliding mass, roofing materials, and other conditions of this experiments are same as the study part 1 at all.
The summary of the results is shown below.
(1) The changes of the sliding velocity and kinetic friction in the case of the sliding slant under about 20% is different with the changes of them in the case of the sliding slant over about 20%.
(2) In the case of a slant under some 20%, the mean velocity depend on the roughness of materials' surface or the condition of temperature. A ratio of the kinetic friction to the static friction is roughly 80% in this slant condition.
(3) In the case of a slant over some 20%, change of the mean velocity depend on the gravity acceleration and the value of kinetic friction decrease suddenly with increases of the sliding slant.
