In recent years, the demand trend of the construction industry has beenexhibiting a bearish tendency. The purpose of this study is to conduct a positive analysis of the demand factor for whether the demand of air-conditioning machines is subject to what kind of influence in this paper. The shipment number of air-conditioning machines and the package airconditioner of individual airconditioning are made,into,an,explained,variable, The data of non-investment-in-home-building amount of money, temperature, the capability of a package airconditioner, the floor area per building, etc. were used to conduct regression analysis of an airconditioning machine and a package airconditioner and positive analysis of the demand factor of air-conditioning machines having a demand factor in the non-investment-in-home-building amount of money and the floor area per building was conducted.
