This paper is a report-like essay on the “Schelling Online Seminar” held in June 2024. However, including the topics discussed at the seminar, which mainly focused on Grant's “Philosophy of Nature after Schelling”, I will also discuss Matsuyama Juichi's book published after the seminar and Sugawara Jun's discussion of the ontological turn, and consider the general issues of philosophy of nature surrounding Schelling and Deleuze. I have argued that the themes concerning Schelling and Deleuze are shared widely among Japanese scholars, and that there are many topics that can be explored further.
