Abstract

From the WHO pandemic declaration, a new coronavirus infection will spread to Japan, and it is necessary to change the daily behavior up to that point. In addition, the environment surrounding new nurses has been forced to change. However, because the spread of new coronavirus infections varies from region to region, there are different reactions from region to region. The new nursing staff, who grew up with the new coronavirus infection, communicated smoothly with patients as new nurses, moved to distance learning, and did not cause real shock even in an environment where face-to-face lessons and clinical training were shortened. did. They are growing up as new nurses.
