Abstract
The purpose of this study is to estimate the rheological properties of the cement paste through the setting process. There are some type of measuring methods for rheological properties, among that we chosed the dynamic measuring method by shear wave propergation. By this method continual measurement for same specimen is possible through the liquid state after mixing to the hardend state. In the present paper, velocity and attenuation measurements of shear wave were made to obtain the dynamic viscoelastic constants of cement paste through the setting process and variation of these constants were studied as a function of frequency in the range from 4 kHz to 500 kHz.
