Abstract
In this paper, we conducted a correlation study and analysis of generic skills among Sendai National College of Technology students: objective evaluation by PROG, subjective evaluation by students themselves, and evaluation by classroom teachers. In the survey, each student compared the results of the subjective evaluation by the student with the results of the objective evaluation by the PROG, so that each student could gain notice. As a result, the correlation tendency of the three parties was clarified for 33 evaluation items related to competency, and we gained useful guidelines on education to enhance the awareness and abilities of students. Furthermore, it was clarified that there are some factors that may cause a discrepancy between the objective evaluation index by PROG and the educational method at Sendai National College of Technology for multiple items including independent actions.
