Abstract
In conjunction with the rapid growth of information education in recent years, it is necessary to research comprehensible digital contents, and to develop straightforward contents by at a glance. However, the ordinal contents include many technical terms, and it makes difficult to understand the meanings. Moreover, 3 dimensional objects are often displayed as 2 dimensional that is as plane like a picture. Especially, the number of educational contents is few in the field of archeology etc. Therefore, this paper proposes“interactive educational contents using visual symbols”to investigate the Kitora tomb. Therefore, we manufacture for trial that a visual information display function by using pictograms, a peeking viewer, a section cutting function. In addition, the questionnaire survey was done on an actual educational site, and evaluates the effectiveness of the system.
