In this paper, we propose a new adjustment method of a free net for the GPS survey, This method enables us to solve an observation equation directly and to get a free net solution of a minimum norm form. This method is suited for adjusting the network solution for such cases as the GPS or level survey, in which all measurement data are defined in the form of differences between unknown parameters.
