Abstract
Thermal Interface Material (Gap filler) is used to transfer the heat of the battery to the cooler in the EV battery pack. Since it is used without applying surface pressure, it is need to understand the interfacial thermal resistance between the adherend surfaces. In this study, we established a thermal resistance evaluation method that can predict durability characteristics at the test specimen level with few device restrictions
