Abstract
It is important to understand the CFRP fracture mechanism of high-pressure vessels. In this study, we used 3D solid elements that take into account the damage characteristics and stacking thickness of CFRP as a calculation model, and performed damage progression analysis that express the decrease in the rigidity of CFRP. The fracture mechanism of high-pressure vessel is discussed by comparing the linear FEM analysis with this method.
