In Japan, the issue is how to prepare for a power outage in the event of a disaster, and it is expected that the 100V-AC power outlet installed in an electric vehicle will be utilized. However, since there are not many quantitative surveys on actual usage, we conducted a questionnaire survey using the case of the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake and found that about 70% of the owners of the vehicles were able to utilize the in-vehicle 100V-AC power outlet.
