The school physical examination is important, because it screens children for scoliosis at an early stage. It occurs most often in children at puberty without subjective symptoms. Scoliosis can be noticed by observing the back of children. Recently, the interview sheets have come to be used in scoliosis school physical examination. In this paper, we examined effects of interview sheets of scoliosis on parents. 　　We conducted a questionnaire survey targeted at parents on the use of interview sheets in scoliosis school physical examination. 　　The survey found that the interview sheets were helpful not only to find out scoliosis children early who need to receive medical attention but also to make parents understand this disorder and concern more about the school physical examination. 　　Scoliosis might be found earlier because parents take care of the back of their children.
