Abstract
In this paper, we suggest two types of learnings in organizations. One is the learning to become an expert in the particular job, and the other is a wide learning to prevent the local optimization. We present a conceptual model which describes these learnings. The performances of the learnings are evaluated by the model in simple numerical instances. As a result, we have become able to analyze in time series the performances of these learnings in organizations and present a view point about the performances of these learnings.
