Abstract
This work aimed to invertigate the general pollution scenario of particulate PAHs in Higashi Hiroshima and explore the correlation of particulate PAHs with three main conventional air pollutants, namely nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide and ozone. The concentration of particulate PAHs was ranging from 0.25 to 6.04 ng/m3 with a mean concentration of 2.48 ng/m3. It was found that particulate PAHs had a strong positive correlation with nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide while having a moderate negative correlation with ozone.
