Abstract
The subject of this paper is to clarify the role of cooperation from learning activities in primary and secondary schools of Naka River basin. We investigated through questionnaire and hearing to the primary and secondary schools of 17 municipalities in Naka River basin. The conclusions are as follows : 1) The dispatch of guide and the support by the community and NPO are necessary, to cause the cooperation of school and community actively by the learning activities. 2) Composition of cooperative organization that coordinated with administration is connected with the intercommunication among the river basins.
