Recently, the chaging of social circumstances in a rural area causes the development of redidential lands and the abandonment of cultivated land. The necessity for preserving farmland come about now. In this study, we noticed the object of changing user right and the center point in a village. We suggest three method of agglomerating farm : (1) Negotiation between each farmhouse, (2) Agglomerate at the center point, (3) Expansion of established agglomerate. As the result, we made clear the usefulness of our agglomerating method and its relevance to settlement location and class of farm household.
