Abstract

This article examines that in the process residents switch from an individual mode of thinking to one of awareness and care of the group, they find an order of working together through conflict, and they make a set of meaning, action and form. This concludes with a discussion of the importance of the collaborative attitude that the process of transactionalism between residents and co-ordinators creates living values.
