This study investigated the effects of changes of spatial size on sense of time and gaze characteristics by experiments using virtual reality. We aimed to gain knowledge regarding the spatial designing method for manipulating sense of time. The results indicated the followings.
1. The sensory-evaluated duration is shorten caused by the instantaneous change in spatial size.
2. The sensory-evaluated duration is shorten caused by moving to the small spatial size throughout the sequence.
3. There is a relationship between the shift in sensory-evaluated durations caused by changes in spatial size and the shift in the position of the gazing point.
